These meat cutting machines are designed with a heavy-duty 304 stainless steel frame and a sandblasted surface, which minimize glare to reduce visual strain during operation. Their feeding guide plate and food-grade conveyor belt ensure smooth and accurate material handling, with adjustable feed width to accommodate varying sizes. Our frozen meat cutters are equipped with a 24VDC safety voltage control panel and a motorized blade brake that stops the blade within 0.5 seconds when the stop switch is activated or when the protective cover or top door is opened. This combination of safety features and thoughtful design makes these automatic meat bandsaws ideal for precise cutting tasks in food processing.
